How to use the cutting board?
*The cutting machine should be adjusted at cutting depth not exceed 0.3 mm. Frequent adjustment ensures that penetration
of the cutting die into the board never exceeds 2.0 mm.
While replacing die steel, need to pay attention to the cutting depth it will preventcutting board from cracks .
*To optimize life of cutting dies and cutting board , the pressure should not be increased continually, this will prevent the
dies becoming embedded in the board.
If such a satiationoccurs, workers should never use hammers to remove the embedded dies which may damage both the board and dies.
*If the dies is too large or the tenacity of the material is strong, we should use the cutting board which are more even
surface .
*With a view to reducing the abrasion of die steel and cutting board, the material should not be lapped into too many layers.
If the tenacity of the material is strong, we should cut it in single sheet to insure the quality of material and the longevity of die steel and cutting board.
* When the cutting board becomes rough or bumpy, the board should be planed to avoid simply increase the pressure on the board, after planing, the board will become smooth as before .
What shall we do if the surface of the cutting boards is uneven?
* When the two sides of the cutting boards is not even, please use the cutting board planer to plan the uneven surface
untill the two sides become smooth again ,which can be not only save the users cost to purchase new cutting boards,
but also protect the cutting dies from damage due to continuously press the boards too depth.
How to store the cutting boards in the warehouse?
* The cutting board should be stored flat ¨C either on a pallet or flat surface. Never rest vertically or leaning against the wall.
*Ensure cutting boards are not stored near a source of heat, near flammable materials ,or in direct sunlight.
*If cutting boards are stored for an extended period, the color may change (for example natural to yellow). However, this will not affect the quality of the cutting board.
